Reward Points Redemption

Visit our rewards website, rewards.ucreditu.com, log in, and click the Rewards link to shop for or order a Reward. You can also call the redemption center at 866-479-6155*. Complete the redemption process online or over the phone.

Rewards can be redeemed at several brand name retailers, restaurants, hotels, movies, gas stations,
and more. Learn more about the many ways you can redeem points below!

• Travel Rewards

  Airline ticket requests are displayed based upon your current point balance – there are no preset award levels. Tell us when and where you want to go, and all qualifying ticket options are displayed based upon
  your total number of available points. You enjoy the freedom of selecting an itinerary that best meets your
  needs, from the fewest required points to the most points required. There are no restrictions or advance
  purchase requirements, however it is recommended you book as early as possible to maximize your options.

• Travel Rebate Rewards

  Use your rebate for airfare, hotel/resort, car rental, cruise reimbursement, or theme park admission.
  
  When the rebate option is selected you are not required to book your travel through the rewards center or provide travel documentation. You may make your arrangements with your own agent, or directly with the merchant. This reward allows you to be reimbursed for your travel related services once travel is completed. To determine the value of rebates available on your program please visit rewards.ucreditu.com.
  
  To receive your rebate, you must pay for the entire amount of the travel-related services to the same
  card or account from which you’re redeeming the points. Once you complete your travel, you have 60 days to claim your credit. The amount paid for the travel services must be equal to or exceed the rebate
  amount. Please allow 30 days for your credit to be processed if all eligibility requirements are met. Travel Rewards are not valid for gas, food, or other miscellaneous charges.
  
  When you complete your request, points will be immediately deducted and we will be notified of your request. Credit to your account will be issued by us and may be subject to verification of charges.

• Gift Certificate Rewards

  You can redeem your points for a gift card online through our website or by calling one of our
  Rewards representatives. Available merchant categories include:
  
  • Dining
  • Fuel
  • Shopping
  • Entertainment
  • Salon/Spa
  • Visa Prepaid

• Cash Back Rewards

  You can redeem your points for a cash reward online through our website, or call one of our rewards representatives. We will disburse your cash reward into either your savings or checking account.

• Pay with Points Rewards

  Once you enroll in Pay With Points on rewards.ucreditu.com, you can pay for in store purchases using your available points via text message or email. This service is only available for credit cards.

• Fuel Redemption Rewards

  When enrolled in Fuel Redemption Rewards, swipe your rewards card at a participating gas pump to be given the option to redeem points for a savings of $0.50 off per gallon, up to 20 gallons.

• Merchandise Rewards

  Redeem your points for the latest products such as appliances, electronics, home and office furnishings,
  and more. Refer to rewards.ucreditu.com for a comprehensive list.*
